Winer, good points. I have a problem with the following statement by Zerb:

>>>Mining analyst Wendell Zerb at Pacific International Securities Inc. in Vancouver said investors would interpret those findings as "not up to expectations."

The drillers seek "massive sulphides," which would indicate plentiful nickel, copper and cobalt.<<<

What kind of analyst would write off one of the biggest exploration plays in Canada this year, based on the very preliminary observations on the first two holes, a mere couple of days into the program? JMO, but there's more to this story than meets the eye. Thankfully, Mr. Zerb doesn't head up a SVB mining company, otherwise we'd be packing up the rigs right now. Hopefully, there was more to Mr. Zerbs' comments and the writer of the article chose to leave them out.

Winer, good analysis. As we internet people know, the FP or business section of any other newspaper seldom provides readers with unbiased or objective journalism. When investing in juniors, we have to do all the work. I have been holding DML for years. This "plunge" is nothing if you look at last year's high and low, and DML has done better than most juniors.

A big thanks to you and all contributors in this thread for their knowledgeable comments, which have kept my faith in the stock.

Winer,

The moot point would be "journalists" are biased, under-informed, idiots the rest is a pointed and accurate critique.

The VSE panicked on a .23 move and halted trading. They are so shell-shocked they have given up the concept of thinking, and they rely on reaction only. If there was a competent person on the exchange they would be familiar with the play and the nature of exploration in Labrador.

"It reflects very badly on the companies when they have movement on no news," Angela Huxham, director of surveillance at the VSE, said Friday.

Therefore no company trades unless they have a press release. Can you imagine saying something that stupid and having it recorded for history. Tres Tres bummer!

The company had movement (down) on the news that drilling had commenced. More than from the speculation on the day in question. So sorry Angie struck out from that angle too.

The drillers seek "massive sulphides," which would indicate plentiful nickel, copper and cobalt.

For the most part massive sulfides outside of NVB have indicated nothing but massive pyrrhotite with matrix bound nickel running from .15 to .35% Ni depending on elemental substitution (Including DFR prospects). So once more we see an amateur generalization.

At this point I have a very strong suspicion that the staff of the VSE think DML is actually drilling nickels. With a queen on one side and a beaver on the other!!!!!!!!

Actually I know the VSE is on the offensive to try and justify their moronic, amateur, junior league behavior. Sorry darlings but unf***ing up is not possible with out time travel.

Lets just get back to the play have have some good clean fun like the good old days. Oops that was before my time<g>.

For those who do it here on SI, keep up the good work!
