Yes, I suppose that's possible if Magna were to feel that the TPF process would give them a competitive edge. It would have to be at a hefty premium over current share price to satisfy investors though as most of us, I would guess, have an average cost in the mid twenty's & the stock did trade as high as .38 if I'm not mistaken.
Another thought is that if Magna were not to go for the TPF process it's possible that Brunswick could eventually lose their multi-year packaging/ container contract as Magna now has the capability , I believe,to manufacture their own . Assuming too, that the tier 1 supplier is Magna.
Would you be willing to post some of the highlites from the AGM to this thread? I have a feeling the company may be sitting on news until then.
Anyway, enough for now.
