Pat,re:"ML/tk". I really believe TK is under gun (could be a real one). His announcement is so related to 'trading', like options expiration day as pointed out by INTC's thread. I wish SEC has device/rules protecting public and the analyst(s) so that they don't have to do what they are doing. I believe the TK's announcement was known to some people at least couple of days earlier and hence the gliding and sliding before the $3 drop. Having experience last yearend's fall back, there is no concern to long term holders, actually, it is good news so the long can buy more.
