Thanks for the response. The shorts have certainly been in control for
quite a while and rightfully so as it didn't seem possible that Peggy
could pull off the impossible. Although RYO is not out of the woods yet,
it now has a fighting chance. They have to fight off the writ of seizure
based on the Tercon situation and the $10 million cap on Kemess liens,
but those problems would appear minor compared to what they've already
overcome. The next remaining hurdle is Kemess ore grades and the ability
to get as much thruput thru their mill as possible to cover their high
debt load. For the first time in 6 months,IMO the longs have the
advantage.
