Thanks, Gerald, I did get the class action info before. But that is what is confusing. Why, when this problem is overhanging, does the stock jump .28 cents? The ltr. I get sez that they have signed up $40mil worth of 1 yr. contracts since the end of Mar.98 which should generate abt. 100-120 mil rev. this year. I am not buying yet but have it on my screen. I am really more interested in Y2K stocks and am very hi on ATEC! I don't think the investment community has taken the problem seriously yet. EEH
