I had a great trip! Only bad part was the traveling. (Is that the trip part?)<g> Florida was real nice. Stayed at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. Nice place. Hit about a dozen golf balls into the water. Like I had water radar.<g> Thanks for asking. If I had a short term play like ETPI was, (and still may be) I would be willing. Got one? If we all would pull out and attempt to re-enter, the price may actually be cheaper later. Who knows? That's the gamble. That's the market. Happy investing! KZAP Next week........Myrtle Beach!
