To Leonas

Do you think the directors are still "holding a basket under the tree
until it is eventually shaken clean" before they announce a new
play? I occasionally see some shares put up for sale at the
market and some bids waiting below current bid 0.17.

take care

Joseph,

Signs that the stock is about to make a move are lacking, I agree. A book which I have, states that some indicators of positive action on the part of principals would be share for debt financings and share for property financings. In what way would this signal positive action?

My BEP is $1.40. A long way to go yet. It will all depend on the property acquisition news release.

My guess, the stock price will move on the news release. I believe the stock will require more than a story to move up, it will require solid evidence of good property potential.

That's true Joseph, creditors like to be paid cash, not in stock. This is an interesting development. Often, and soon after shares for debt are issued, developments may transpire that will increase the share price, (new properties, pp). The company then either buys back the shares for cash as the shareprice increases, or allows the sale of these shares by the creditor. You are right, it depends on the relationship of the two.
