announced today that its subsidiary, Rare Medium, Inc., a leading Internet
Solutions provider for global 2000 Corporations, has named two executives to
its senior management team: Robert C. Lewis as Director of Legal & Business
Affairs and Joshua Glantz as Director of Consulting Services.
Robert Lewis was formerly with the leading international law firm of
Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, and ABC News. He received a J.D.
cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and an A.B. from Brown University.

areas of business affairs to better serve our clients and employees as we

Joshua Glantz was a founder of XCom, a leading Internet Solutions
Consultant, which he helped grow from startup to 45 employees and in excess of

became partner, leading USWeb's Financial Services Practice in New York.
Clients included Charles Schwab, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and Deutsche
Bank. He is a graduate of Princeton University.
