Thanks Peter and Steve for your postings. Steve, does your reply indicate post facto sales by insiders or registration to sale filings with SEC ?? Have you correlated these to company milestones/anouncements?? I will do some homework and see if I come up with anything. Thanks again.

I have this "thing" about any director or officer who owns fewer shares than I do. Doesn't build one's confidence in that person's interest in share value.

Another insider trade appeared for 04/20...to see the previous two I reported, click on the back link. I don't always check back, but based on shares reported as still holding on his last two trades, Simon just sold off 25% of his shares. The insider selling trends are very bothersome to me. It's not like we're seeing a few here and a few there.
