There must be enough regulatory hoops with all of these incorporations taking place and CASHCO is trying to jump thru all of them in the right order...

They're not really making a very good job of it, are they? The Merced business is pretty embarrassing. Imagine: we start asking why "Merced, Inc" doesn't seem to exist.

1) The company offers a phone number for "Merced". A guy from the Yahoo thread calls and gets Wallace; the person who answers the phone says s/he's never heard of "Merced".

2) Back to the drawing boards. Merced gets a telephone. Hooked up to an answering machine. Randy from Yahoo called, and that's all he got. Not a person.

3) Still no address for "Merced". But given Mark Schultz's comment, we may assume it's 4125 Burns Avenue.

4) Finally "Merced, Inc." incorporates. Acts of incorporation filed on 11 May 1998, two months after CSHK claimed to have signed a letter of intent with what was, at that time, a non-existant company. Officers: Scott Howell and Tom Stinson. Address: 4125 Burns Avenue. Can you spell W-A-L-L-A-C-E?

5) Dammit, goofed AGAIN! So in the acts of incorporation it is specified that all therein was "true and effective" as of 3 March 1998. Just before the press release came out. Woooooo. Why not specify that it was all "true and effective" as of, say 10 years ago? Or 50, just to be on the safe side?

6) So now we're waiting to hear about the incorporation of "Telanis Software, Inc". Should turn up on the radar screen any day now. I'm SURE it'll have been "true and effective" some time ago...

7) Zitec: Were we not led to believe it was an established company, with an experienced professional at the helm? Try a web search. Nothing. BUT at least they have a different address. NORTH Palm Beach instead of WEST Palm Beach. However, tiresomely enough the same domain: billing and administration, get in touch with Scott Howell or Tom Stinson at none other than.....waltech.com....

See any shadows here? BAWK????
