I really think Doc is missing the forest, and it reminds me of a rarely-mentioned caveat about DD. That is, if you just get too wound up in the details, the big picture will start to be distorted. Peter Lynch used to give his Fidelity staffers 90 seconds to explain a company. If they couldn't do it in that time, they didn't have a worthwhile investment. I've been reading the thread and researching TAVA for months, but I still maintain that they have a very simple story: a)They are the only company that can help you with the Y2K embedded systems problem. b) That problem is widespread, very dangerous, and poorly understood in the market.
