Are the predatory tactics which Microsoft has performed over the last years a necessary part of business? What you call predatory practices, I call admirable business tactics. I'd be quite happy to see them be more mean, vicious, and predatory than they already are. Have you or anyone else thought of what the fear of Microsoft is doing to innumerable other businesses, not just in software? Those that aren't whining to the government for protection are being spurred to innovate and improve at a much greater rate than if Microsoft didn't exist. Think that's hurting consumers or the economy in general? I think just the opposite is the reality. Regards, JB
