MZB. Well, I believe we will hear either way next week. I do know that RMCW was/is actively attempting to secure other financing in the event the $10MM investor wasn't able to fullfill his contractual obligation next week. It is my understanding that the investors from the private side of RMCW will not tolerate the merger not being realized and time is of great importance. I hope this is all made public, the particulars , very soon. We, as shareholders, can use the good news! Pugs

these alternate "financings" are often misnamed. the appropriate term is shareholder "RAPE." pugsy wugsly, are they thinking about doing a reg s offshore, bro? maybe selling a bunch of additional shares for a big discount to fair market value (whatever that is, i don't know as the stock isn't trading) and then watching as those buyers short the living h*ll out of rmil to lock their profits? twti was a textbook example of that happening. look at the 3 year chart... come to think of it, who would put money in to a company that can't even trade? NOBODY, imho. dude, i told you rmil would never get the $10 mil. you assured everyone that it was "in the bag." well, now it seems my wisdom was infinitly greater than your wisdom - even though i own know shares. now you mention "plan b." as the grim reaper would say, HO HO HO HO HO!!! you do prove barnum right by the minute.
