Jim,

I listen to your advice (not advise, as others would have it), use some of the links you have provided and monitor some of the indices you recommend. HOWEVER, sometimes an indicator such as A/D IS helpful when you use certain function on it like MACD and so forth. I thought the Zwieg breadth indicator was worthless yet it told me when the last sell-off would occur, tells me the market is STILL bullish right now and is about to give a set-up signal in the next week for the NEXT sell-off.

I think I best benefit from this thread by listening to what others have to say and keeping an open mind (like I thought I might be wrong on this ADVISE thing) until you validate it for yourself or see how you might apply it.

Now not EVERYONE works the same way I do and it would be a pretty dull world if they did... but keeping an open mind can help you in ALL walks of life.

Bill

Re: "The market has about 2 months from it's market cap high ( not
always shown by broad indexes ) to make a new market cap high
or it's in trouble via derivatives vs interest rates.."

What do you mean when you say, "via derivatives vs. interest rates?"

Thanks,
