YAHOOO --------- Kind of the way we were thinking all along.

This is a good sign that the suit is not as strong as the plaintiffs contend.

We've seen pretty good support around three despite 1Q results. With this, I think the support gets stronger.

Any thoughts on 2Q performance?

New Alpha Hydrox Retinol (non-prescription Retin-A) product

" To be marketed under the trade name Alpha Hydrox Retinol Night ResQ, the new product will represent an addition to the Company's Alpha Hydrox Optimum Series skin care line.

According to the terms of its agreement with Advanced Polymer Systems, the Company will market the Microsponge-entrapped retinol product through mass retail channels in North and South America.

Advanced Polymer Systems will supply Scott's Liquid Gold with the finished product. "

" We believe that marketing a Microsponge-entrapped retinol product to the public through our established retail channels will provide us a competitive edge in the skin care industry,"
commented Mark E. Goldstein, President and Chief Executive Officer of Scott's Liquid Gold-Inc. "

Will also compete with costly dermatologists and high priced TV acne testimonial treatments .

Main competition could be direct seller AVON's skin care product "ANEW" :

But too soon to tell.
