rudedog --- Looking forward to FTC approval so that we can obtain a better idea of financial impact on the company for the short and long term future of the company . If you keep kicking the numbers around with employment it comes up pretty close to the number that you noted of 61000 to 64000 full time employees after the merger . Any idea what ALTA VISTA is worth ? I would think it would be on the market unless it generates a lot of positive cash flow at present . The key to this stock price in my opinion is the success of the BTO model and getting cost under control at CPQ to be able to make a decent profit while competing in a lean market . BEST WISHES BILL
