Well, you are probably talking about me. I showed up in March or so. Currently have 40,000+ and plan to add more because of my DD. I am not a daytrader but a person convinced TSIS is going to grow into a fine company with substantial earnings over a period of time.

If you are looking for a stock to daytrade look somewhere else.

Why the message volume on this thread since March?

Opinion: One can define a certain regular set of steps a legitimate, growing company should take: first audit completed; stop selling shares directly from the company treasury; first product sales, sales stay sold, ie no returns or cancellations; first profitable month; realistic hopes for first profitable quarter; etc, etc, etc.

In the case of TSIS, all of those have happened within the last 6 months.

Regarding problems in the past, I don't know. I started following this stock in December, 1997. Best way to find out is probably to call the company and ask the head of IR, Scott Cameron. He was with the company then, I do believe. I have not discovered any written info from any other source regarding that era, though I haven't done much digging.

Opinion: the company now is quite different from the company back then -- primarily due to its own boot-strapping efforts.

Opinion: this is not a day trading company; it is an intermediate to long-term hold.
