Ghunk, thank-you for your questions. 1] The company did know about the withdrawl of filing but did not know the VSE would press release it. 2] A complete answer to this would require us speaking to the company. Nonetheless, we can affirm that companies could always discuss "truthful plans and ideas for the future." Thus, you are correct in making this statement. However, what companies are limited in doing is making future projections with respect to figures such as, revenues, earnings etc. for obvious reasons. The AIF now makes this more possible.
