Bill, what do you consider high? Honestly, my disregard for the Chickanerie aside, I would be totally disgusted if CASHCO did a Reg S on us. From a shareholder point of view that's treason from the top.
As far as issuing all authorized shares, the 6.1 million escrowed and those in friendly hands all becoming free trading, I expect that in time. Should anyone try to dump that many all at once they'd be lucky to get more than 1 cent per share at this point in time.
I own shares in a number of other BB companies including AWLT, WACC (good example of bad example), TSIS, NETZ, NVXE, & NRPI and all are in similar non reporting states and the same questions could be asked of all of them. The good news is that no one has made it their mission in life to dig out & post every detail of every aspect of every company. Although, TLC did respond to my post to Jim B on another thread last night. His response naturally just led to a chicken loop. It's hard to be forthright when you don't know who you are responding to and when you don't feel you can trust them.
