Hello! Untouchable,

On your previous posting you expressed a concern with a high number of shares out will take a lot of earnings for a reasonable EPS.

Now! This is only my opinion/ guess work, but, in reviewing two recent press releases issued from GLOW ( April 21st. and May 5th.)
it contains some information that in my view may address some of your questions/ concerns.

This is only my impression but it's my guess that Gary is most likely well aware of the number of shares when he projected the EPS if certain business developments take place!

I agree with you I think most of us would prefer to have fewer versus more shares issued on GLOW---but I feel the other key point in this component that regardless of the number of shares issued if some of the projected revenues that Gary is working towards are achieved --it is my opinion that we will have quite a healthy EPS!

Another part that I am looking forward to hearing more about from GLOW in the near future is it's progress in achieving the necessary level in order to file a form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, in efforts to become a fully reporting company!

As stated earlier these are just my own personal opinions that I expressed on this posting--do not make any decisions based on my nor any one else's opinions--you must do what is right and comfortable for you!--I suggest that any time you have questions as you stated on your previous posting-contacting the company directly as many times as you feel appropriate should be included in your DD and research efforts.

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
