I buy into the excess supply of DRAM argument. Regarding the Japanese economy, it has been pathetic for eight years, during which time U.S. companies have been growing in leaps and bounds. Regardless, I believe that these two factors are priced into the market at this time.

Personally, I would love to see CYMI drop; the more, the merrier. I love buying things cheap.

If you look at the buyback announcement and the price, it was around $15, and in no time shot up to $20. $20 is materially different from $15. Sometimes the simplest explanations are the best, that it was worth using up cash at $15, but not $20.
