Hey, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that doesn't have a life on Saturday night! NRID, not good, but I think if they hang with it they will still be a good investment some day.
IDX people working this weekend again at shows! They are like the Ever-ready Bunny, TM, They never quit!

P.S. What really amazes me, is that I am more excited about this stock and the prospects for this company that I was when the stock was at 12. On the surface, that sound like a statement Bozo the clown would make, and in fact I think he did. No really, put the stock price out of your mind and pay attention to facts and there is just no limit to the heights this stock could and as I believe, will surely approach!

Cost (value) of NRID settlement . . .

The value to IIG at the time they settled was $300K cash plus 250K shares (worth somewhere over $125K) plus options. You can't tell when IIG sells, so you don't know. Presumably the options have a value. I guess the deal is worth at least $500K, and that doesn't include attorney's fees which are usually paid by the loser. Of course, they could have been contingent fees, so who knows? As to the effect of the reverse, I'm assuming that share prices and numbers will be adjusted to post-split valuations and share numbers. When the case was settled, a reverse split was pretty obviously going to happen.

This is the kind of lawsuit you get hit with when you are cash poor and not paying your bills. It's also the kind of settlement you make when you cannot come up with enough cash.
