Now I _know_ I'm going to LA... :-) I yust sold my CADE for 1/8. (Used the proceeds to play XYBR...fun!) At least my gut instinct seemed correct -- looks like I'll have an op to buy back in...if I want the changing IL/ACTs... Don't mind instinct, but would like to think that I understand what it's based on at some level. Thanks Doug watcher
