This is why... Eutro has already shown us that if given the chance they will take stock and resell it back into the market. If we know for certain that the 50Mil is not somehow held closely by present mgnt and there is no way they can vote those shares then we can forget about reverse splits or any such things. We know that we will not vote for anything like that. We have been getting nothing but window dressing on when this will be resolved, who has these shares, and what is being done to resolve this. This 50Mil represents about 1/2 of the total shares outstanding and since the company needs to distribute dividends to these shares also I would have to assume they have voting rights. This is a serious matter for the company and stockholders and they continue to hide any details from the stockholders. We have already heard that this matter will be taken care of and as deadlines for a resolution of this have passed by months and still no information that they can give stockholders on who these insiders are that hold 50% of the company I have a right to be concerned about this and would think you too would be.

Now with this out there what kind of money do you realistically expect to flow into the company from new investors. The company has shown us that it knows how to finance it's operations with it's stock in ways no one ever expected. Just think if they don't come up with money coming in from somewhere soon there will be more financing in some form going on if they expect to continue operations. Bio apparently is not making enough to support Eutro and Eutro is falling way short of their contract goals.

I must say that I like that letter that has been posted there and had to read between the lines since there was no real substance there. I like the way it talks about Brad being the I/R contact person and how there are times that he can't say anything because of SEC guidelines. Too bad a lot of the things that he has said did not reflect what the company was actually doing. I guess it must be some SEC guideline that the company can not let the stockholders know who holds the 5 highest share amounts of stock. But most of all if I understand the letter correctly it looks like it's telling us that they will not be becoming a reporting company any time in the near future.

Oh, and since you are wondering. Yes I am still a shareholder and have one of those green and white things hanging on the wall here. So for me it's a speculative investment that I would like to see appreciate in value some day but I am being realistic based on the facts of the actions by the company, but I will not get excited by what Brad may tell someone on the phone because I know what he has told me when I had talked to him and now know what the company had actually been doing at that time. The story was very different and he was representing Eutro. He really does know how to play the internet without actually posting anything himself.

I still say lets have Eutro come clean about all these underhanded dealings which it is looking like the 50Mil could be.

I took them at their word before and now say show me.
