It's going to be ugly, JR. Thanks for the link.
Microsoft has made a big mistake.
They have NO chance in Federal court. The system's rigged
against them.
Bill Gates just made his biggest mistake, IMHO.
He should have taken the hit and worked around it.
He must not have greased the right palms in Washington.
There's nothing inside The Beltway but liars, cheats, and whores.

JR:

The MSFT news is already out, tech stocks will open low on Monday.
A tech sector fund sell order placed before market open will be executed at 10 am, quite possibly near the low price of the day. By Wed the tech stocks may have better prices than Mon 10 am.

Let's examine the sector rotation in the last two (trading) days. On Wed May 13 the strong funds were
FDCPX, FSPFX, FSESX, FSRPX, FSPHX, FSTCX, FSENX, FBIOX

In the next two days, May 14-15, the best performing funds were
FDMPX, FSAGX, FSPHX, FSLBX, FIDSX, FSHCX, FSUTX, FBMPX

First, the rotation is huge. The stronger funds on Wed (FDCPX, FSPFX, FSESX, FSRPX) did poorly on Thu and Fri. Second, If the trend continues next week, the better funds may be the gold funds, medical funds, and financial funds.
