Phil, You could not be more correct. I love it when an extremly solid stock goes down for no other reason then the weak stomachs of the "Street" APCO has no exposure to Asia, Microsoft, WAVO or any other of the scare tactics foisted on us by the "Street". When the stalwart "investors" go run to cash in terror, is the time to lay in wait, buy when the blood is running and take their cash when they come screaming back in. I love it! Ken W
