Glad to hear it! I have many that are working flawlessly. They are a super drive when they are working. My problem is that to often they quit. It has not been as big a problem in the past as the 135's had longer warranty periods and Syquest is still replacing those when they go out. The problem is fast becoming mine because we have a large installed base of 230's that are approaching or just passing one year old. And since the 230 warranty was shortened to 1 year (can you guess why), we will now begin to eat the broken ones. We would not feel right stiffing our clients with a 1 year warranty on a product that seems to have a developmental problem.

Even though Syquest has replaced every 135 that has gone bad (even a few of the RMAed ones that have gone bad) and have replaced the 230's up to their 1 year anniversary we have had to incur certain costs to take care of each individual problem. I know that our costs are not small so I can conclude that Syquest's are even larger. And I am sure that I am not the only one out there that is seeing this problem. I'm just the only one that has found this thread so far.
