Without a killer product, I don't think any company would think about buying them out. They can get a much cheaper piece of anything in development by just doing a deal with shmn. I would agree with you about salaries. I would like to see them defer some salary and bonuses and then I wouldn't mind if they give themselves all the options they want. But to do both is in my mind, excessive and they come across as pigish.
