Richard Altomare mentioned with the current PKGP phone number it looks like

DISCOUNT RETAILER PAYS $12M FOR DIGITAL
HOLLYWOOD, VCC

Bargain Products Inc., an operator of dollar-style retail stores, will pay $12 million to purchase two high tech companies,
including Digital Hollywood Inc. (DHI), which this fall will begin marketing a Web-based video transmission system which
game and entertainment producers can take advantage of. Specifically, Bargain has signed letters of intent and plans to pay $2
million for DHI and $10 million for Video Conference & Communications Inc. (VCC), Richard Altomare, VCC's
spokesperson, told MMWire. Both deals are expected to close by August 26. DHI plans to release in November a beta
version of its Web-based video transmission system aimed at companies that want to offer such live-video quality content as
interactive shopping catalogs or video-game previews, said Dennis Castleman, manager of software development. Castleman
described the system as a dial-in Intranet. DHI will sell the hardware and software as a turn-key system. The basic system will
support 36 users simultaneously and will cost $75,000, Castleman said, noting that DHI can develop systems for up to 3,000
simultaneous dial-in users. DHI anticipates selling 1,000 Web-video systems per year, said Castleman. (Bargain Products Inc.,
