Fred i for one think its a good thing to have watchdogs around when they bark the facts and or the truth so thanks to you.A solid indication, well for one i do think the merger is on track. I do think the management team is going forward nicely,Mincheff comes from good background with nice contacts .The money placement dont know but any is more than we had.I called the offices last week and was told about some new hires for the sales force {around 12 in NY }and more through out the company.Seven months or so a go the stock was at .17 a share now at .48 to .55 and much much more.We will just have to see .Good luck to us all .
