Sony will contract with a company that might not be here next week Friday. All they do is get XYBR to take out an insurance policy so that if they are not there on that Friday, Sony do not suffer financial losses.

Annual premium could be $50,000, could be $250,000. Who knows, although it may be disclosed in an 8K, 10Q or 10K. If the premium is $1.50, it is fair to say that the underwriters think XYBR will be around for a while. If it is $3,000,000 a month it is fair to say that the underwriters think that XYBR may have a business continuity problem !!.
