Dear James,

If I am a short seller then it is because I feel that Syquest is over valued due to their product revenue. Is it not a fact that Syquest has huge financial problems at this time? Is it not a fact that they are selling stock at Par value? Is this the sign of a company that is on it's way up? I don't believe so. The only run that this stock will probably have is the sucker rally that the MM's will use to get you to buy more as they short it to you.

Syquest has a long road ahead to get to at least a break even point. With product problems that I currently see, they will lose sales as more people like myself move to other technologies. One such product that I'm watching right now is the Castlewood* "Orb". Will Syquest improve? I don't know but I'm getting tired of waiting.
