Dan Schott will be speaking Tuesday, A.M., are you planing to attend Jim? I also understand that there is a sizeable exhibit hall, I am hoping to see the TFS/Siliscape technology as they both have exhibits according to my catalogue. I am hoping to see any other competing technologies as well. Jim, are there are companies I should be looking at?

Jim, Toby, et al.....I am in the middle of the Sunday and Monday courses at SID. Interesting and only about 20% confusing. I would be lost completely, had I not been studying over the last year. Meeting a few knowledgeable people. If you are attending this Symposium, I would like to buy you a cup of coffee, and discuss some of the information I am trying to digest.
