Bob O: There are many facets to the "TED Effect".

One of those is that when I put in a buy under the market that doesn't take, the stock will run away from me. This happened in spades with TPII. I tried to get in under $1.25 and didn't. The next day there were 4 press releases, and the stock hit $1.75.

Percentage-wise, that definitely supports "TED Effect"ism.
