Bought it on Broker's advice. I was using a full service Broker and was counting on their advice as I can't follow all stocks personally and expect the Broker will earn commission with DD being part of the company review. Nothing wrong with policing the Industry with valid reasons to do so. Previously noted high profile director content and was given some comfort by this fact. I will reserve judgement until the review is complete. Whatever the outcome I consider this part of the lifelong learning process. My support for the company has been relative to published performance and approval of previous audited statements.

I appreciate the effort you put into this and will be following your profile more closely in the future. If you refer to my profile you can see that I recently brought to light the hyping of a company. Brocker International. It is helpful that we all do our part and provide the facts as they are made available "good or bad" relative to a company so we can make informed decisions.

Adrian, in a prior post I believe you presented kudos to the OSC, but what in effect was their role in bringing this matter to light? For that matter, how 'bout the TSE? Wonder what prompted the FBI investigation?

You also explain:

...problem areas at YBM should have been common knowledge to securities industry professionals - those characters getting paid the big bucks from sales commissions, or advising clients or managing mutual funds

Well said.

Let's see -- Alberta JCP moves to TSE 300 and subsequently all that is doesn't appear to be. Familiar MO, eh? With this incident (and the other one), the TSE is starting to make the VSE look more reputable.

Mr. DuPlessus and all participant:

You absolutely wrong in your statement, thinking and promoting very negative opinion about our company; forming public opinion and media which used your name and your information to put more black cloud around our company. All this stories are very damaging for our million and million shareholders, and 1300 employee of our company who works very hard building number one company - producer high-energy magnets.

By end of the day, when lie will be lie and truth will stay as a truth, a lot of our shareholders will have lost money, based on your unique activity and information that was provided and used by many newspapers. At this time all question will be directed to you. Our company has and will continue business operation working toward Vision 2000, toward new results of operation and financial stability's for our shareholder and employee.

If you care at all about many American, Canadian, European and Asian institutional and private shareholders who has majority of ownership in our company and which money used to expend business operation in north America, United Kingdom; to form thousand new opportunity for employment; to bring back ours countries from services to high tech manufacturing stage; to develop very strong base for life of our children and grand children,- at least think before you write and put all this crap on front of million people. Hold your horses, or at least tell people that you pulling their chain.
