Good Morning Robert: There may be some mental inhibitions preventing large investors from buying FNTN, but not for long, imho and here's why. I actually got a call from Michael Sheppard on Friday, (must have been last on the list), (gg), but I have to tell you, last or not, it was an enlightening and uplifting call. I know that there was some discourse over the choice of IB etc., but my feelings were, as previously presented in my post, that there were probably many and varied reasons as to why they chose Josephberg Grosz to be their Investment Bankers. Well I guess I must have been on the right track, because after probing for an explanation, I learned that the relationship goes back over some time past, in that MS had come into contact with Josephberg through a related company and had seen him at work before and had been particularly impressed. Apparently, Josephberg is a real pro and known for being totally dedicated when he gets behind a company, having a reputation for seeing things through and performing to the finish line. I can only assume that MS was impressed enough with other deals that Josephberg had been instrumental in effecting, because he had seen highly impressive results over a relatively short period of time. He was non-commital on the nature of some of these or any deals because of potential associations that might affect Financial Intranet. It seems there have been approaches to the company implying that other deals may be in the works, some with potentially larger implications than the paging business for example. So, they are very busy, with a lot going for them and timing is all important, from the website to the next announcements. He did ask me to inform you all, not to be 'alarmed' if web site is down for an extended period, but that this would be a sign that replacement by the new site is close. There are many intricate components and innovations that have been developed for the site and it is vitally important that these integrate smoothly. Also heard from another source that Josephthal is a hands on, but low key operator, very meticulous and thorough. Was told that he is well respected on the street and 'knows everybody from the 'very top' down and has their ear and that of Wall St. It was somewhat of a ringing endorsement as far as I'm concerned. I 'really' liked the sound and feel of this Investment Banking association. Seems very much a team player and loyal supporter. I got the distinct impression from Management that they have set very high objectives for the company, with expectations that achievement of same will carry through to significantly enhanced shareholder values. Based upon the many rapidly developing and exciting fundamentals that are currently impacting the company, I sense that many important developments are in the offing, with the pre-requisite legal and other requirements being the only impediments to early announcements of ongoing news and advancements to us shareholders. When FNTN pops up on my matrix page that I use to analyze all kinds of different issues, I see a very strong stock that if I did not have the benefit of all of the great information and knowledge that has been provided on this thread, would still arouse my undivided attention as a candidate for an explosive breakout situation. Given the number of blockbuster moves we have seen of late, it would seem almost mandatory for momentum players to be exposed to FNTN. I can understand why Radim Parchansky can see at least $2.50 written all over this issue. Purely from a technical standpoint, if this stock gets that far, its aspect changes to a stock newly capable of reaching to $5 a lot more easily. Assuming that such a level were attained, it would not be difficult to see that the stock would have a hard time restraining itself from going to new highs. From there it might adjust its sights further towards the 10 Dollar number and so on and so forth... A good day to all Rgds Wiz
