Keiko,
Did you happen to ask how many share of SLF they actually own --
after the settlement? We've been trying to figure out whether it's
about 650,000 or 800,000. Latest information filed by SLF would seem
to indicate the lower figure -- which would mean that Triby owned fewer undisputed shares than we assumed earlier.

Glad to see the following:

"They are quite pleased with their 'bounty' which resulted in the recent SLF settlement and this will allow them to look at possible acquisitions without any more shares being issued."

Hope you beat them over the head (politely, of course) with importance to shareholders of containing the size of the float and not issuing any more shares. Dilution -- either of those Irish pints or the shares we own -- is a downer.
