Darwyn - D.P. - all / Startech Energy

Took a while, eh crocidile. Thanks for the info.

Got a question for those knowledgable about trading patterns. If you
work for an exchange, e-mail me your response.

Trading in shares of Startech prior to the 3 major block trades sent
price to 52-week low.

Questions

Is it safe to assume that a pre-determined target price of $5.15 to
$5.25 for exchange of block trades had been pre-established.

Once the trades were complete, shares moved up $0.10. Is that an
indication that once the block trades were out of the way, shares would
then take normal course resulting from trading activity which in turn
would be a rebound upward movement.

All 3 blocks were internal - meaning buyer/seller were the same.
Griffiths was responsible for 600,000 shares. This would appear on
the surface to me that the house has sold shares and are distributing
to their clients. Is that a good guess?

Also, there was an over-allotment of 500,000 shares in relation to the
very recent equity offering in which Griffiths (along with FirstEnergy)
participated. I'm not familiar with over-allotments, but feel somehow
they may be related to these transactions.

SEDAR has info but has to be reviewed with WordPerect, which I don't
have. If anyone has WordPerfect, please go to SEDAR and copy the
over-allotment description related to the offering and post here.

Puzzling to me is the offering by Griffiths was at $6.50 and block
trades by Griffiths occured at $5.15. How is this tied into the
picture?

Peters & Company was involved in the first block transaction. Don't
know how they are tied into the overall picture. Possibly they served
as the financial advisor for one of the companies acquired by Startech
in the near distant past.

If any of you are a client with Peters or Griffiths, you can probably
get an insight as to what is happening here. If you can get some info
on the reasons behind these transactions, please e-mail me. I'll post
thereafter without disclosing my source.

The below is focus on trading before and after the block trades.

Of course, there is also Startech who probably is privy as to what is
happening here also.
