These last few posts are why I own MIDL stock,why do you? I like the fact that in one of the earlier post MTBE was a 3 billion dollar a year business for the gas companies. -------------------------------------- NATIONAL NEWS U.S. Geological Survey in 1995 of urban wells and springs around the country turned up 27 percent of the samples with measurable amounts of MTBE, some as high as 200 micrograms per liter in areas where MTBE is not used as an oxygenate. Jeff ... Soon everyyone is going to know that Arcon Energy, Inc. has in development and soon to be production of what is proving to be the best and most efficient ethanol octane enhancer ever seen in the World's oil and gas industry! They have or will have soon acquired the worldwide patent rights to this special chemical process. This process could be the most important development in petroleum refining since catalytic cracking was introduced in the early 1950's. If DF-144 contimues to test out like it has everyone will soon see Acron is about to produce an environmentally friendly additive, which when blended with other gasoline components, produces motor fuel! Also as we have researched and verified because it is not ether based DF-144 is an Octane Enhancer and Oxygenator that has tremendous octane blending values and looks to meet or exceed all the requirements of the Clean Air Act! Being a Heating and Air Conditioning contractor I know the Clean Act is nothing to take lightly. DF-144 has a blending value of up to 163 octane (according to a test result I have in my research folder) with some hydrocarbons, thereby should outperform ALL competitors! Gordon Stuntz agrees and he is a chemist for Exxon research division. Not to mention but cost performance of DF-144 is superior to all alternatives. Especially significant is which is another unfair advantage is that the capital investment required to produce DF-144 is only 5% of that required to produce competitive products! Major corporation will love that considering they are have to spend billions. Now lets take into account that in the United States, a "blender"ÿsuch as this is entitled to a federal government excise rebate of up to 5.4 cents per gallon per month on ethanol-based gasoline. Any one with a bit of math background can easily see that no other product being marketed today even comes close to providing the superior benefits of theÿ ethanol tax credits not to mention the high octane, low vapor pressure characteristics of DF-144 AND do it at Tremendous Cost Savings to the Industry! Arcon's DF-144 stands alone..... Arcon with the World Rights and Patents for 134 Foreign Countries and all fifty United States for DF (Dynamic Fuel) - 144 will definitely be a contender to negotiate with major gas and oil companies on a global basis. Just a matter of time ... Everyone keeps wanting to know when is the next news release. Well that is halg empty logic to me I want to know long much longer I have to accumulate it which is half full logic. GB
