In a world class environment, you are not going to get by just working your @ss off. You need that extra edge that comes from inspiration and creativity - even in something like a production process. You have to be able to get to the next level - it is a continuing process and creativity has to be a major component. What worked for Henry Ford is not enough today. Japan is a perfect example of a society that does not welcome creativity. They are going to pay for that. Mary
