No....not skeptical at all about the BNR deal. We've discussed this to death the last few days....the software deal has now been verified by at least 5 different people and even the March 20 Press release clarifies it perfectly....the only reason for the delay was the software was not ready.

THE HISTORY
1) At time of signing of the letter of intent software was not ready
but held great promise, thus an agreement which was smart on TPII's part.

2) Software needs to be ready and fully proven before agreement goes forward, right?

3) The two companies have been working closely together in both the ALPHA and now the FINAL BETA stage (verified). Now they are talking seriously right now about distribution.

4) Company is doing great even without this agreement. TAVA has no such agreement with a BMR type package and is doing great...this is not even really needed, but would be a HUGE plus if they got it.

Stock could go to $10 sooner with it, only $5.00 without it, IMO

5) The deal with PROFAC is why I got into TPII. You do NOT get any agreement with one of Canada's premier companies, without being good. You do not finish 2nd to Lockheed among 8 companies trying to get the business from a major Fortune 500 compnay if you are not good at what you do. THEY are on the verge of moving to the next level NOW!

TPII should be congratulated for not hyping the BMR deal, as many companies would have. IT shows positive restraint on their part.

Agreements take time, especially when the software was only in ALPHA stage last fall, not even Beta when the Letter of Intent was signed.

****** I have been in the stock market for 20 years and one thing I have found is that particularly BB investors are very impatient and have very unrealistic time criteria. I have also been in the software and hardware industry for 20 years (I sold the first Apple Computer in the state of WA at my store) and software development always takes longer than originally thought.

GO TPII!
This contract announcement has been expected for many months, with no bearing of fruit. Isn't anybody else around here just a tad bit skeptical?
