LL you wrote:But, it would eventually settle out toward the value of the stock.

Well, according to my calculations at a PE of 40 we get a minimum price of 35-40 dollars based on what we know.

However, what we dont know, looking at forward PE's/growth we could be easily north of $150-$200/share easy!

Give us a growth rate of 220% the #'s become staggering...

220% comes from some estimates for IP-TELEPHONY grow over the next 3 years..

That's where my split info is derived from.

Theoretically, the scenario of the MOTHER of ALL SQUEEZE can happen. After all, Iomega and K-tel were beneficiaries of such huge short squeeze, and you can see what happened as the price just SHOT UP!!

I suspect, however, that MMs are NO dummies. If they read this thread (and I bet they are constantly monitoring it), they would slowly try to cover over a certain period of time to avoid THE SQUEEZE! (anyway, that is what I would do if I were in their position......of course, I AM NOT!!!). If this were the case, we may expect to see the price slowly drift up over time until.......THE BIG EVENT!!!!

mm's do go out of business all the time, that is why they are re-regulating the bb market.

1. the mm's will have to cover and close their books before we get on nasdaq, because there will be a new set of mm's by sec defintion alone, that doesnt mean that the old ones cant come back, but they will have a whole new set of rules to follow.

2. they are required to have a cash position that is liquidatable to cover any margin calls just like us. if they cant cover, they are frozen and their assets taken, the other mm's then get to purchase their shares at current market values and cover the remaining short position.

3. the mm's are definitely desparate right now, an i dont believe that all of them were /are aware of nasdaq, but will be soon.
