What do you think of G8 wanting to force banks to continue to lend to bankrupt debtors?

Talk about a credit bubble! In my simplistic view, the central banks keep creating money, the banks keep lending it (often without regard to return of prinicpal), and the boom-bubble keeps expanding. When will it stop doing so? Do not currency valuations play a role? What about overcapacity of goods produced in such a bubble? (I admit to not understanding the big picture.)
