Is the SEC about to halt trading on FAMH? <<Is the K1 or 10 Q on Edgar yet ? If not, why ????????????>> Telebob, Well, we know from FAMH's 3/3/98 news release that the full audited financials for 1997 are complete and we know from the 4/27/98 news release that FAMH sent their full audited financials for 1997 to the SEC for filing and posting on EDGER. The SEC is refusing to release any of the information on they have accumulated on FAMH. This happened on another stock I was doing DD on. The SEC turned out to be investigating them and soon halted trading on that stock and it was worthless last time I checked. So, it may be that the SEC is doing a quiet investigation of FAMH for securities fraud. I am sure they don't want another Bre-X on their hands. Take care, Lurker GO FAMH!

I don't follow FAMH, so I'm not the person to ask. But I am aware of the 'dump & pumpers' who are currently attempting to tank FAMH on behalf of those with large, undeclared short positions. There presence is a bullish sign for FAMH shareholders. I've read some of the dump&pumpers commentaries on why FAMH is a 'scam', 'non-reporting company', a 'hyped' stock, blah, blah, blah.....it appears someone is very short here and putting on a full court press.
