Agree, If ASND delivers superior earnings second half of 1998, it will fare much better on its own and should easily hit all time high if market conditions are favorable.

Jan,

ASND could hit 50 next week. Earning projections are very conservative so upside surprises are likely. I will not sell Jan 50. It could take out new high after third quarter results.

It does also show up in the Statement of Changes in Cashflow or Financial Position, if material. Because of the Cash aspect of the transaction.
