scotman, it's not a browser war. it's e-commerce. HUGE mrkt..i m getting a bit impaitent why this huge markt is NOT already exploded.

for me, i hate going shopping even though i need tons of things.
e-commerce would finally allow me shop.

yes, i m sure tci is enjoying having a choice : msft/sunw.
keeping them both on their toes.

Go back 25 years and tell me who was trying to 'control the world'. Try IBM and where are they now. Did the DOJ break them up?

Where was Microsoft 25 years ago? The same arguments against Microsoft today was said against IBM then.

Who will be the next one 25 years from now? IBM, Microsoft, ?
