webster,

If I may stick my two cents worth in....

The recent downturn has been caused by an admitted shortseller's blatant and public slamming of the company while he continues to short it mercilessly. In addition, Dr. Segall requested the shareholders to approve the increase in the number of authorized shares. This is seen by some as a negative in that it may dilute the value of the existing shares if the additional shares are "dumped" into the market to raise capital.

In the past eighteen months that I have owned this stock, I have only seen the float increase significantly on two occassions, both for the benefit of the shareholders. What some people keep forgetting is that Dr. Segall appreciates his loyal shareholders and he can't stand shortsellers.

Now, while the present circumstances offer a great buying opportunity, my capital is limited and so I will have to save it for what I consider to be an even better opportunity in the near future.

I just hope that my broker hasn't loaned out my shares to someone, because that someone is going to have to cover when I start "doing my exercises". Hopefully, many others will want to work out with me. The nice part about it is that your broker does the squeeze for you.

I hope I'm not being too obscure for you, but it's pretty obvious to me what is going to happen. It may or may not be tomorrow, but it will be pretty soon, and it won't have anything to do with the coagulation properties of Hextend.

Best regards,

AD
