A THOUGHT ABOUT WS INSTITUTION BUYING DGIV SHARES:
We have said that once we get to the nasdaq, the institutions from WS will look to buy DGIV shares and that such development would be a GREAT PLUS. That is ALL true; however, look at the situation this way:

We are an INSTITUTION of holders ourselves. Given the amount of shares SI DGIV investors control (over 60% of the float), we actually hold more DGIV shares than any WS institution can. We should call ourselves the Silicon Investor DGIV institution <ggg>.

In fact, in many ways, WS institutions should look at us and be COMFORTED by how stable our holdings are and how loyal to the company we are! We have been put through a trial by fire by the MMs.shorters and HAVE INDEED PROVED OUR METTLE by not panicking/selling, but rather by buying even more!!! If I were a WS institution fund manager, I would be EXTREMELY interested in a company with DGIV FUNDAMENTALS , as well as one with the kind of LOYAL shareholders DGIV has in us!!!!
