I'm a little confused on the 2-3 week Naz listing I'm hearing discussed. I apologize if this has already been made clear but I missed it. As I see it there are two options. The first is to file the paperwork, JC said it is being revised based on recent developments. The second is to aquire an already listed company. It is my understanding that once Naz has all the paperwork it can still take a month or two to get listed. So...does that mean we will pursue the aquisition route? That was the impression I got.. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

AN OPEN LETTER TO MMs/SHORTS/PAST AND FUTURE DGIV NAYSAYERS: Hey guys, I know you are out there, monitoring this thread. So, I would like to send you this message (so you won't feel left out, hiding in the dark shadows, surreptitiously reading the posts,being discussed by everyone on this thread but having no one talking to you. Oh yeah, BTW, sending Pablo in was cute, really cute...but it did not work!): As you know by now, you are in DEEP SH-T!!!! YOUR OPTIONS ARE VERY LIMITED! Option 1-you can try to panic people again by sending in more "Pablos", artificially depress the price (we all KNOW that lowering the price is "YOUR" tricks since we have many more BUYERS than sellers, which should mean that the price should go UP, right?). Option 2-Or you can try to cover your SHORTS slowly before you all get CRUSHED!!!! BTW, THE SHORT SQUEEZE must be your ULTIMATE NIGHTMARE, right? Let's look at option 1.Actually, I wish you would take this option since I am looking to buy EVEN MORE!!! As Dirty Harry (I THINK IT WAS CLINT) said: go ahead, make my day! (or something to that effect!) You have tried it before and IT DID NOT WORK. Rather, all it did is get you into deeper troubles since people just kept on buying!!! (You must be wondering: Man, When will MR. D run out of money????). So. lowering the price shakes out the weaker hands but now the shares fall into MY ( AS WELL AS OTHERS' ON THIS THREAD) HANDS .... and you know what, all that did was to hurt you even more. As I see it, cut your losses and go for option 2. That way, you can live to short another stock. Be warned, however, do not try to short DGIV again since... those who doN't remember history are condemned to repeat it!!!! SICE YOU ARE NO DUMMIES, I know you guys are VERY BUSY this weekend, trying to plot an escape, knowing however the noose is TIGHTENING!!! Oh, do not look at your fellow MMs/ shorts to bail you out (you know, playing the game where you try to trade phantom shares among yourselves)!!! When the chips are down and the SH-T hit the fan, you KNOW you will be looking to save your A-- and it is EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF!! When the BIG NEWS gets here, whoever is caught SHORT will be wiped out and guess what, your fellow shorts are nowhere to be found. So, forget any pact you are pledging to each other this weekend. Look after yourself and take your loss now-your fellow shorts/Mms are thinking the same thing. They are just looking to save themselves and if you happen to get caught SHORTS, too bad!! Your fellow "friends" are actually thinking: well, 1 less MM to compete against in the future!!! SO, TAKE This friendly advice! (HOWEVER, IF YOU MUST KNOW THE TRUTH, I AND MY FRIENDS ARE ACTUALLY HOPING YOU WILL TAKE OPTION 1 SO WE CAN LOAD UP EVEN MORE). Come to think of it: take option 1-if you have to go down (and you will ,my friends), let's do down fighting/let's go down together (YOU and your fellow SHORTS!) THE CLOCK IS TICKING!!!!!
