Thanks, Steve. That is the most lucid conjecture of the two situations I have heard. Actually, something crazier happened the next day with BLSI. Around 8:55a, an mm (will go unnamed for now) was pretending to bid at 10, 2 1/4 above the close of the previous day. I immediately hit his bid with a preference order, and within 5 seconds, he backed away and went over to the ask side offering the same stock at 6. In the short sweet space of 5 seconds, the same mm switch from pretending to be a buyer at $10 to a seller at $6 -- witnessing that, I just told myself we are living in a very interesting time.

Again, thanks,
Kimberly
